Hi! We are ABC....The Always Busy Couple! I am Amanda and my hubby is Brian. We have received so much inspiration from other bloggers that we decided to start our own little slice of the internet. Thanks for stopping by!
So who are we? We met in high school and have been together ever since. We are both Penn State grads and have corporate careers. We married in 2008 in our hometown outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Despite the long hours work consumes, we are dedicated to ensuring we make the most of our free time!
We spent 6 years living in Chicago and we hope to move back "home" someday. Hands down Chicago is one of our favorite cities!! During our time there, we developed quite a love for food. We began following new restaurants and chefs and began to appreciate a variety of cuisine. We will try almost anything and have had quite some interesting food endeavors while traveling. We can't wait to share!
Two years ago, our jobs brought us to Houston. Missing the Chicago dining scene, Brian started teaching himself how to cook. I happily support his endeavors in the kitchen! While Chef B is preparing our meals, I am constantly decorating our home. The "to do" list just keeps on growing.
We both have a deep passion for travel. We LOVE exploring new cities, cultures, cuisines etc. We even are starting to develop a new interest and appreciation for history. We are on a quest to visit as many countries as we can. We will share some of our upcoming trips as well as past experiences. We tend to do quite a bit of homework prior to traveling thus we hope some of our tips and experiences can help you.
Lastly we are hobbyist photographers. We are still in learning mode however we are having quite a bit of fun in the process. We love documenting our lives through photography and have a goal this year to learn more manual settings.
